Volunteers Needed for Holy Week Flyer Distribution

Please speak with Fr. Samuel if you would be willing to spend an hour distributing flyers to invite people for Holy Week services.

Lenten Study and Soup Suppers

Join us on Saturdays through April 12, for potluck soup suppers in St. Andrew’s at 4:00 pm followed by a Lenten study on the book To Be a Christian, An Anglican Catechism. Currently these books are on sale at Amazon for $20.71 plus tax, if you don’t own a copy. Speak to Melody if you need help ordering one.

Pregnancy Care Center Fundraiser

Make 12 greeting cards (2 each of 6 designs: birthday, sympathy, just because, note) on Saturday, March 29, from 9 am to 4 pm at the Springhill Suites Conference Room. The workshop fee is $30.00 and you must bring your own adhesive (tape runner). Event limited to 40 people. R.S.V.P. to Leslie (760-608-9277) or Stacie (760-608-0787). Completed sets of cards are also available to purchase for $35.00.

Bella Sera Service

March 30, 2025 is the fifth Sunday of the month which means Christ the King Anglican Church is leading the worship service at our local nursing home, Bella Sera. It is helpful to have as many members of our church there as possible to assist and encourage the residents before, during, and after the 3 pm service. Please speak with Fr. Samuel if you would like to help or need more information.

One-Day Women’s Retreat

Immanuel Baptist Church is sponsoring an event for all the women of our community on Saturday, April 12 from 9 am to 4 pm at their facility at 1201 N. China Lake Blvd. This one-day retreat led by country vocalist Mary James is entitled Beauty from Brokenness, Redeemed by Our Father’s Love. The cost is $12 and includes lunch and snacks.
